Private Sessions
One hour of personalized training focusing on overall agility, power, balance, reflexes, endurance, and peripheral vision. Learn Kick Boxing, Boxing, Aikido, Jiu-Jitsu, Wing-Chun and master your center of balance. Students wear boxing gloves and hand wraps for authentic training.

Small Group Sessions
Achieve the same benefits as private sessions while gaining the advantage of shadowing other students' movements and partnering to execute martial arts techniques. This format provides both personalized attention and the benefits of peer learning.
